Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 medium banana (quartered)
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup oats (use GF oats, if desired)
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoons hemp seeds
Instruction
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Process until smooth. Serve.
