Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium banana (quartered)
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup oats (use GF oats, if desired)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoons hemp seeds

Instruction

  • In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Process until smooth. Serve.
