Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 ounces sharp yellow cheddar (cubed)
- 8 ounces sharp white cheddar cubed
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ cup of your favorite beer (to make things kid friendly, use non-alcoholic beer)
- chips (crackers, cubed bread, or sliced veggies for dipping)
Instruction
- Add the cubed cheese to a food processor and pulse on high until smooth. A ball might form and that’s fine.
- Add the garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and mustard. Again, pulse to combine.
- Turn the food processor to high. Using the hole in the lid, pour in the beer slowly. You might want to add a bit more beer depending on your desired texture, but for me ½ cup was great.
- Place in a bowl and serve with chips, crackers, cubed bread, or sliced veggies.
- Enjoy!
