Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cups egg noodles (dry - medium-sized)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 ounces)
  • ¾ cup milk (or half and half or heavy cream)
  • ½ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instruction

  • Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks; drain the fat.
  • Add the onion and cook until translucent (about 1 minute).
  • Stir in the soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper into the meat.
  • Cook over medium heat for just a few minutes, stirring often, until hot and bubbly.
  • Add the noodles into the sauce and mix.
  • Top with the chopped parsley and serve.
