Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups egg noodles (dry - medium-sized)
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 ounces)
- ¾ cup milk (or half and half or heavy cream)
- ½ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instruction
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks; drain the fat.
- Add the onion and cook until translucent (about 1 minute).
- Stir in the soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper into the meat.
- Cook over medium heat for just a few minutes, stirring often, until hot and bubbly.
- Add the noodles into the sauce and mix.
- Top with the chopped parsley and serve.
