Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 cup kosher salt
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed
  • 3/4 cup dried minced garlic

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 225-degrees. 
  • In your food processor, pulse the kosher salt, dried minced garlic and basil leaves. 
  • Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 35 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  • Let the mixture cool completely, and then pulse again to make a fine powder.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
