The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 1 cup kosher salt
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed
- 3/4 cup dried minced garlic
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 225-degrees.
- In your food processor, pulse the kosher salt, dried minced garlic and basil leaves.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 35 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Let the mixture cool completely, and then pulse again to make a fine powder.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
