Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup milk (use your favorite!)
  • 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt (3/4 - 1 cup)
  • 2 large frozen ripe bananas (cut into chunks)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Place the milk, Greek yogurt, frozen banana and vanilla extract in a blender.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
