Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease cooking tray or line with baking paper.
  • Cream together butter, sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Stir in bananas and oats.
  • Combine remaining dry ingredients and nuts and add to creamed mixture, blending well.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
