Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease cooking tray or line with baking paper.
- Cream together butter, sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Stir in bananas and oats.
- Combine remaining dry ingredients and nuts and add to creamed mixture, blending well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
