Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 8 Ounces cream cheese (softened )
- 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup sour cream
- 1-1/4 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-1/4 Cup shredded pepper jack or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 Teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 to 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3-5 Splashes hot sauce
- 16 Ounces cooked shrimp (chopped)
- 2-3 Cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup pepper jack (or Monterey Jack) cheese, old bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until smooth. I like to use a handheld mixer for this. Stir in the shrimp, garlic, & green onions. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish (I use a 2 quart baker or a pie dish) and top with the remaining cheddar and pepper jack cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly and heated through. Serve hot.
