Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 ounces Macaroni Elbows Pasta box {1 pound}
  • 4 cups Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
  • 10 3/4 ounces Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup {1 can}
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups Seasoned Croutons, crushed ({just pop them in a large ziploc bag and crush them down with a rolling pin})
  • ⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Instruction

  • Cook Pasta per package instructions, drain and set aside.
  • Combine 3 cups of cheese, cooked pasta, and all other ingredients together in large bowl, and stir well.
  • Spray 9×13 casserole dish with Pam non-stick cooking spray, and pour mixture into dish.
  • Top with remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Spread crushed croutons over the top. {such a delicious topping!}
  • Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees, or until cheese is melted and edges bubble. ENJOY!!
