  • 1/3 cup fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro

  • 1/2 small jalapeno, (seeds removed)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp coriander seeds ((can substitute ground coriander))
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
