- 1 1/2 pound(s) salmon filets
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 tablespoon(s) honey
- 6 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
Instruction
- Place salmon on a greased broiler pan.
- In a small saucepan, mix butter, honey and mustard.
- Simmer until thick and smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Spread mixture on salmon.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes, basting with glaze once or twice.
