Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt ((regular yogurt also works))
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds ((optional))
  • 1/8 teaspon cinnamon ((optional))

Instruction

  • Add the yogurt and applesauce to a medium bowl.
  • Stir together, mixing the two thoroughly.
  • Add any optional ingredients.
  • Serve or place into a storage containers or reusable pouches for future meals or snacks.
