Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt ((regular yogurt also works))
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds ((optional))
- 1/8 teaspon cinnamon ((optional))
Instruction
- Add the yogurt and applesauce to a medium bowl.
- Stir together, mixing the two thoroughly.
- Add any optional ingredients.
- Serve or place into a storage containers or reusable pouches for future meals or snacks.
