Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1½ cup vanilla yogurt, (or dairy free yogurt alternative)
  • 1-2 cups ice
  • 2 cups milk, (or milk alternative)
  • 1 lemon, (juiced)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp honey, (or more if you like it sweeter)
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch salt

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
