Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1½ cup vanilla yogurt, (or dairy free yogurt alternative)
- 1-2 cups ice
- 2 cups milk, (or milk alternative)
- 1 lemon, (juiced)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp honey, (or more if you like it sweeter)
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 pinch salt
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
