- 1 cup (250 g) dried chickpeas ( soaked over night)
- 2 garlic cloves ( minced)
- 1 medium red onion ( roughly chopped)
- 1 handful fresh cilantro leaves ((coriander))
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 allspice
- 3/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp almond flour (ground almonds)
- 1 cup (250 g) yoghurt
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp tahini paste
