  • 2 garlic cloves ( minced)
  • 1 medium red onion ( roughly chopped)
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro leaves ((coriander))
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 allspice
  • 3/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp almond flour (ground almonds)
  • 1 cup (250 g) yoghurt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp tahini paste
