Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large ripe pears
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2/3 cup granola
  • optional yogurt or frozen yogurt

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Half the ripe pears and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Lay them on a baking sheet. You might want to slice a sliver off the back of the pear so that it lays flat if necessary.
  • Sprinkle the top of the pears with cinnamon, then top with your favorite granola; store-bought or homemade. Then drizzle the pear and granola with honey.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the pear is soft. Let them cool before serving. I like to add a dollop of my favorite yogurt too.
