Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 - 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/3 cup melted garlic butter

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine yogurt & flour in a large bowl
  • Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
  • Transfer out onto a well-floured counter top and knead 5-6 minutes
  • Cut into equal sized pieces (I think we did 20 with our batch)
  • Roll each piece into a long snake-like piece approx 12-15" long
  • Twist & place on a lined baking sheet
  • Brush with melted garlic butter
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
