Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 - 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup melted garlic butter
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine yogurt & flour in a large bowl
- Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
- Transfer out onto a well-floured counter top and knead 5-6 minutes
- Cut into equal sized pieces (I think we did 20 with our batch)
- Roll each piece into a long snake-like piece approx 12-15" long
- Twist & place on a lined baking sheet
- Brush with melted garlic butter
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
