Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbs plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 2 tbs oil

Instruction

  • Combine grated vegetables in a bowl.
  • Stir in flour, egg and Vegeta, mix well.
  • Heat oil in a shallow pan, add a quarter cup of mixture to pan, flatten slightly.
  • Cooking fritters in batches, fry on both sides until crisp and golden.
  • Drain on absorbent paper.
