Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 3 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 2 tbs oil
Instruction
- Combine grated vegetables in a bowl.
- Stir in flour, egg and Vegeta, mix well.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan, add a quarter cup of mixture to pan, flatten slightly.
- Cooking fritters in batches, fry on both sides until crisp and golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
