Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 10 bread slices  (brioche, challah or french)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for frying )

Instruction

  • In a medium sized bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
  • Dip both sides of the bread slices into the egg mixture.
  • On low heat, preheat a skillet with a tablespoon of butter. Add the soaked bread slices to the preheated skillet and fry until golden brown. Flip over and repeat.
  • Serve your French Toast with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
