Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- ½ cup Milk
- ⅔ cup Flour
Instruction
- In a medium size bowl, put all 4 ingredients in and using a whisk, mix it until it is nice and smooth. If you see some little chunks it can be the butter that solidified when it got in contact with the cold milk, so don't worry!
- Pre heat a non stick pan over medium heat.
- When the pan is hot, use a laddle and pour the batter into the pan and then pick up the pan and move it in circles until the batter is spread out evenly around the pan. (Watch youtube video linked to this post if needed for a better visual idea)
- Once the edges start to release from the side of the pan, it is time to flip. Cook until it is no longer sticky or raw.
- Remove it from the pan using a spatula, put it on a plate and serve it with your favorite toppings!
