Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 g pork mince
  • 500 g bok choy chopped squeezed dry
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped squeezed dry
  • 2 garlic clove grated
  • 2 tbs grated ginger
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbs cornflour
  • 2 tbs oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbs light soy sauce
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 500 g gyoza wrapper

Instruction

  • Mix wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients and mix well. Set aside for 15 minutes until flavour develops.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of mixture onto the centre of each pastry sheet and roll up.
  • Pan fry, poach or steam the dumplings.
