Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 500 g pork mince
- 500 g bok choy chopped squeezed dry
- 2 stalks green onion chopped squeezed dry
- 2 garlic clove grated
- 2 tbs grated ginger
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs cornflour
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbs light soy sauce
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 500 g gyoza wrapper
Instruction
- Mix wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients and mix well. Set aside for 15 minutes until flavour develops.
- Place 1 tablespoon of mixture onto the centre of each pastry sheet and roll up.
- Pan fry, poach or steam the dumplings.
