Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 300 gms – 10.5 oz. Dulce de Leche
  • 300 ml – 1 ¼ cup milk
  • 250 ml – 1 cup cream
  • 65 ml – ¼ cup alcohol 95% or 151 proof grain alcohol (or 85 ml – 1/3 cup Vodka)

Instruction

  • Put the milk, cream and dulce de leche in a pot. Cook on a slow flame until the dulce de leche has melted. Chill thoroughly.
  • Add the alcohol to the dulce de leche mix, filter and bottle it.
  • Keep in the fridge and serve cold.
