Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 package (19.5 oz. chocolate brownie mix)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2-3/4 cup dulce de leche

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Stir together brownie mix , vegetable oil and eggs until well combined. For easier handling refrigerate cookie dough and dulce de leche for at least 1/2 an hour.
  • Place a spoonful of cookie batter onto a lined cookie sheet. Flatten and place 1 teaspoon of dulce de leche on top and top with another spoonful of cookie batter. Press down a little on the sides.
  • Bake cookies for 9-14 minutes until edges are set. Shorter time makes chewier cookies. I went for crispy and baked for closer to 14 min.
  • Cool cookies on sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to wire rack until fully cooled.
