Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed black peppercorns
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients together. Rub over 2 racks of ribs and prepare ribs as desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours and up to 12 hours.
