The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed black peppercorns
- 1 1/2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Instruction
- Mix all ingredients together. Rub over 2 racks of ribs and prepare ribs as desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours and up to 12 hours.
