Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 (16-ounce) can chick peas drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped roasted red pepper or diced pimento, drained
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese

Instruction

  • In a food processor, combine chick peas, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and oil. Process until smooth. 
  • Place hummus in a shallow serving bowl and sprinkle with roasted red pepper, red onion and feta cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
