Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 gm Boneless Chicken Breast cut into strips
  • 5 tbsp Cornflour
  • Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • Oil to deep fry
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 6-8 Roasted Cashew nuts (cubed)
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • Red/yellow/green bell pepper 1 each
  • 100 gm Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chilli garlic paste
  • 8-10 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 bunch Green onion (chopped)
  • 1 bunch Garlic leaves (chopped)
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Instruction

  • Marinade chicken strips with curd,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder & keep aside for atleast 1 hrs.
  • Now mix cornflour,egg & little chicken stock to make batter.pour the chicken strips into it,coat well & deep fry in oil.
  • For sauce,take oil in a wok.add chopped ginger & garlic.nicely saute.then add bellpeppers & chilli garlic paste.toss well.
  • Add tomato ketchup & soya sauce, mix well.now add chopped green onion & garlic leaves.
  • Toss well in high flame.now add little chicken stock & pinch of salt.add fried chicken strips. Coat well.
  • Garnish with spring onion & roasted cashewnut & serve. My Tip: Always toss well on high flame. Use a good wok
