Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 1 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cup pumpkin mash cooked cooled
- 4 egg
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cup full cream milk
- 1 cup chocolate drops
Instruction
- Preheat oven 180C.
- Line 24 muffin tins with paper patty cups and spray with oil.
- Sift dry ingredients together, mix in chocolate drops.
- Mix sugar, pumpkin, eggs, vanilla, oil and cream together.
- Mix into dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Spoon into muffin cups and bake for 20-30 minutes or until cooked.
