Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cup pumpkin mash cooked cooled
  • 4 egg
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup full cream milk
  • 1 cup chocolate drops

Instruction

  • Preheat oven 180C.
  • Line 24 muffin tins with paper patty cups and spray with oil.
  • Sift dry ingredients together, mix in chocolate drops.
  • Mix sugar, pumpkin, eggs, vanilla, oil and cream together.
  • Mix into dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Spoon into muffin cups and bake for 20-30 minutes or until cooked.
