Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter ((room temperature))
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips ((melted))
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini baking M&M's
Instruction
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer beat butter, brown sugar, and sugar together. Add in melted chocolate and continue to beat until combined. Last beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Slowing add in flour mix to the stand mixer pausing to scrap the sides often.
- Fold in mini baking M&M's. Wrap bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat. Bake 8-10 minutes. Let the cookies set on the pan for 2-3 minutes before removing them and allowing them to cool on a cooling rack.
