The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- 1/4 cup stout beer (or use coffee and leave the instant coffee out)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ounce package cream cheese (softened, 8)
- 3/4 cup can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce)
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Bailey's Irish liquor (may leave this out if needed)
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2-4 tablespoons Bailey's (swap 2 teaspoons vanilla if preferred)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powder sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons whiskey (optional)
