Ingredients
The following ingredients have 60 Servings
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar (packed)
- 2 cups unsalted butter ((4 sticks), melted & cooled)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
- 10 ounces cinnamon chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silpats; or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In large mixing bowl beat together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter with electric mixer on medium speed until well combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- In separate bowl whisk together flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon until well combined. Beat into butter mixture until combined. Stir in chocolate and cinnamon chips.
- Spoon cookie dough into about 2 tablespoon balls and place on baking sheets about 3 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 13-17 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool on racks.
