Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 1/4 C flour (all purpose)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 C butter (softened (2 sticks))
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 10 oz semi-sweet morsels
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa powder in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and continue to mix for 1 minute.
- Stir the flour mixture into the wet mixture until well combined. Stir in the morsels.
- In another bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Spread half the cookie dough mixture into a parchment lined 9x13 baking pan. Pour in cream cheese mixture.
- Using your hands break up the remaining dough and crumble over the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes, until firm to the touch.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting.
- Store in refrigerator.
