Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk ((or milk of choice))
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder ((I use Hershey's))
  • 1 tablespoon sugar of choice (, or natural granulated sweetener)
  • 6 slices thick bread ((I use sourdough))
  • 6 tablespoons low fat/fat free cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons low fat greek yoghurt ((vanilla or plain))
  • 1 tablepsoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon natural sweetener ((or sugar of choice))
  • 1/2 can pitted cherries in natural juice/syrup ((sub with fresh cherries if you wish))
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
