Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 1 cup spelt flour ((or all purpose flour))
  • 1 cup almond flour ((or all purpose flour))
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk ((or milk of choice))
  • 1/2 cup olive oil ((or oil of choice))
  • 1 cup chocolate chips ((I used 3/4 cup 60% cocoa and 1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips))

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 F and liberally grease a bread pan
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add flours, cocoa powder, sugars and baking soda. Mix together until combined
  • Add egg, milk, yogurt and oil.  Mix until just combined
  • Fold in the chocolate chips until just combined and pour batter in the bread pan
  • Bake for 40 minutes
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack. Let cool
  • Serve
