Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 oz cream cheese ((room temperature))
  • 1 ½ cups pepperjack cheese ((grated and then measured))
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1/4 cup Dorothy Lynch Homestyle Dressing & Condiment
  • 4 oz bacon bits
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne ((optional))

Instruction

  • Blend the cream cheese until softened. Add the paprika, garlic powder, and horseradish. Blend until combined.
  • Add Dorothy Lynch Homestyle Dressing & Condiment and blend until combined.
  • Stir in the pepper jack cheese.
  • Cover and chill for 1 hour
  • Combine the bacon bits and cayenne together in a small dish or plate.
  • Shape the filling into football shapes and/or a cheeseball. Roll them in the bacon bits.
  • Refrigerate until needed. Serve with pretzel sticks and crackers.
