Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 oz cream cheese ((room temperature))
- 1 ½ cups pepperjack cheese ((grated and then measured))
- 1 ½ tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1/4 cup Dorothy Lynch Homestyle Dressing & Condiment
- 4 oz bacon bits
- 1/4 tsp cayenne ((optional))
Instruction
- Blend the cream cheese until softened. Add the paprika, garlic powder, and horseradish. Blend until combined.
- Add Dorothy Lynch Homestyle Dressing & Condiment and blend until combined.
- Stir in the pepper jack cheese.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour
- Combine the bacon bits and cayenne together in a small dish or plate.
- Shape the filling into football shapes and/or a cheeseball. Roll them in the bacon bits.
- Refrigerate until needed. Serve with pretzel sticks and crackers.
