Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 2 Egg
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Extract (vanilla )
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Nutella (or chocolate spread chocolate spread)
Instruction
- Take a large mixing bowl, break the eggs and add powdered sugar, beat it with help of the blender so that sugar is completely dissolved
- Next add in vanilla extract and again beat it well.
- Sieve all purpose flour, pour in honey and beat it again until smooth. Make sure that no lumps are formed.
- Now take water in a bowl add baking soda in it and mix it very well with the help of the spoon.
- Pour this mixture into the batter and again beat it well for around 30 seconds, do not over beat the batter.
- Let the batter rest for about 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a non stick pan over medium heat first, brush oil on it and then wipe it off with the Kitchen towel to make the pan smooth.
- Take a standard size spoon for measurement i.e 1/4 cup so that they come out evenly every time.
- Keeping the flame on very low, spoon the batter over the pan and wait until the bubbles starts to appear on top.
- Gently flip over on another side and again let it cook foe 30-40 seconds. When the other side is also cooked remove it on a plate.
- When the cakes completely cools down spread a thick layer of nutella and then close it with the other cake with the brown part facing up.Similarly make all of these and Serve!
