  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced shallot
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil ((30 ml))
  • 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar ((15 ml))
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice ((30 ml))

  • 1/2 pound donut peaches (about 6 small), halved, pitted, and cut into large chunks ((225g) )
