Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 14oz can (sweetened condensed milk)
- ⅔ cup Toasted Marshmallow Mocha Coffee-mate Dessert Creamer
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 12 glazed donuts
Instruction
- Line a 5x9 bread pan with wax paper (enough so that the excess paper hangs over the sides) and set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, Toasted Marshmallow Mocha Coffee-mate Dessert Creamer, and instant coffee grounds.
- In a separate bowl (preferably a chilled metal bowl), whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer on high-speed until stiff peaks form.
- Use a spatula to fold and stir the heavy cream into the condensed milk mixture until completely combined.
- Pour mixture evenly into prepared 5x9 bread pan.
- Cover the container well with clear wrap and freeze at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
- Once ice cream has frozen, remove from freezer.
- Slice each donut in half and scoop ice cream onto one donut half. Top with the other half of the donut and serve immediately.
