The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 packet active dry yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)
  • 1 cup warm water (110-120°F)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 6 oz ribeye steak (sliced into thin strips)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (sliced, optional)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (thinly sliced, optional)
  • 3 button mushrooms (thinly sliced, optional (see note))
  • 3/4 cup provolone cheese (grated (see note))
  • 1/2 cup American cheese (Velveeta or similar, grated)

Instruction

  • (Optional) Freeze the steak for about 45-60 minutes ahead of time for easier slicing.
