The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)
- 1 cup warm water (110-120°F)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 6 oz ribeye steak (sliced into thin strips)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (sliced, optional)
- 1/2 yellow onion (thinly sliced, optional)
- 3 button mushrooms (thinly sliced, optional (see note))
- 3/4 cup provolone cheese (grated (see note))
- 1/2 cup American cheese (Velveeta or similar, grated)
Instruction
- (Optional) Freeze the steak for about 45-60 minutes ahead of time for easier slicing.
