Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice

Instruction

  • Place the frozen pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Put in a gallon-sized bag and let freeze for 1 hour or until it reaches desired consistency.
  • Scoop the mixture into a cup and pour pineapple juice on top to make it a float!
