Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 quality bagels (sliced in half)
- 8 oz lox
- 1 ripe tomato (thickly sliced)
- 1/4 cup capers
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 8 oz chicken breakfast sausage
- 10 soft boiled eggs (halved)
- Red onion slices (optional)
- Chives to garnish
- Grapes (cutie oranges, or other fruit to garnish)
Instruction
- On a prepared platter or tray, leave room in the middle for a large plate. On the plate, lay down the halved eggs, lox, cooked sausage links, and sliced tomatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Place the bagels (sliced in half) around the outside.
- Arrange capers and cream cheese in small bowls. Lay down the meat and egg plate when ready to serve. Fill in the open areas with fresh fruit. Serve!
