Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 quality bagels (sliced in half)
  • 8 oz lox
  • 1 ripe tomato (thickly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 8 oz chicken breakfast sausage
  • 10 soft boiled eggs (halved)
  • Red onion slices (optional)
  • Chives to garnish
  • Grapes (cutie oranges, or other fruit to garnish)

Instruction

  • On a prepared platter or tray, leave room in the middle for a large plate. On the plate, lay down the halved eggs, lox, cooked sausage links, and sliced tomatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Place the bagels (sliced in half) around the outside.
  • Arrange capers and cream cheese in small bowls. Lay down the meat and egg plate when ready to serve. Fill in the open areas with fresh fruit. Serve!
