Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp butter (melted )
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flout
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp groung ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
Instruction
- Combine milk, egg, melted butter, pumpkin, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and cloves in a medium bowl. Fold wet ingredients into the flour mixture.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat until hot. Add ¼ cup scoops of pancake batter onto the griddle. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
