Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 can Dole® Crushed Pineapple (undrained)
  • 10 ounces heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Instruction

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 can of crushed pineapple, heavy cream, lime juice, orange juice and sugar. Blend together with an emulsion hand mixer for one minute. Stir in remaining pineapple
  • Fill popsicle molds 3/4 full. Place lid on and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
  • To remove popsicles, run warm water over the mold.
