The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 16 slice(s) bacon
  • 1 cup(s) milk chocolate chips, or coarsely chopped chocolate kisses

Instruction

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, fry bacon until completely crisp; drain on paper towels.
  • Melt chocolate in shallow microwave safe bowl, stirring every 15 to 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Dip all but the last inch of each bacon strip in melted chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip off and lay on waxed paper to cool and harden. Refrigerate if necessary.
