  • 2 cups (200 g) confectioners' sugar
  • ¼ cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder, (sifted)
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup (½ stick) butter, (melted)
  • ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar, ((for when you press the cookies flat))
