Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 package (10 ounces Oreo cookies (include icing centers))
- 8 ounces neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat than cream cheese, softened)
- 2 packages (6 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix)
- 5 cups skim milk
- 8 oz. carton whipped topping (thawed)
- Easter M&Ms
Instruction
- Mix Oreos in a blender until they are dirt-like. Place half of the mix on a bottom of a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
- Blend neufchatel cheese in a mixer until creamy.
- In a large bowl whisk pudding and milk together for 1-2 minutes until well blended.
- Add pudding mixture into neufchatel cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Add the pudding mixture on top of the oreo crumbs in the baking dish. Add the remaining oreo crumbs on top.
- Top dessert with M&Ms (or chocolate bunnies or Peeps).
- Chill for at least one hour or overnight before serving.
