Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 package (10 ounces Oreo cookies (include icing centers))
  • 8 ounces neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat than cream cheese, softened)
  • 2 packages (6 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix)
  • 5 cups skim milk
  • 8 oz. carton whipped topping (thawed)
  • Easter M&Ms

Instruction

  • Mix Oreos in a blender until they are dirt-like. Place half of the mix on a bottom of a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
  • Blend neufchatel cheese in a mixer until creamy.
  • In a large bowl whisk pudding and milk together for 1-2 minutes until well blended.
  • Add pudding mixture into neufchatel cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Add the pudding mixture on top of the oreo crumbs in the baking dish. Add the remaining oreo crumbs on top.
  • Top dessert with M&Ms (or chocolate bunnies or Peeps).
  • Chill for at least one hour or overnight before serving.
