Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices Rye bread
  • 3 Tbsps butter (softened)
  • 1 sprig flat-leaf parsley (leaves finely chopped)
  • 1 sprig Basil (leaves finely chopped)

Instruction

  • Cook the eggs in boiling water for 6-8 minutes or until soft-boiled to your liking.
  • Toast the bread in a toaster or under a hot grill and spread with the butter and sprinkle with herbs. Cut into fingers.
  • Serve the eggs with the toast fingers.
