Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices Rye bread
- 3 Tbsps butter (softened)
- 1 sprig flat-leaf parsley (leaves finely chopped)
- 1 sprig Basil (leaves finely chopped)
Instruction
- Cook the eggs in boiling water for 6-8 minutes or until soft-boiled to your liking.
- Toast the bread in a toaster or under a hot grill and spread with the butter and sprinkle with herbs. Cut into fingers.
- Serve the eggs with the toast fingers.
