Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 15 ounces garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup water ((optional))
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles*

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
