Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2/3 cup bottled or fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp chicken bouillon paste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence
  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

Instruction

  • Mix together all ingredients except chicken.
  • Stir thoroughly and pour over chicken breasts.
  • Marinate in a bowl or zippered baggie,  turning over occasionally, minimum of four hours to overnight
  • Grill for on each side until 165 degrees F.
