Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2/3 cup bottled or fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 tsp dijon mustard
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
Instruction
- Mix together all ingredients except chicken.
- Stir thoroughly and pour over chicken breasts.
- Marinate in a bowl or zippered baggie, turning over occasionally, minimum of four hours to overnight
- Grill for on each side until 165 degrees F.
