  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (112g) unsalted Challenge Butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil
  • 2 cups (450g) dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup (115g) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • 1 cup (240ml) hot coffee
  • 1 1/2 cups (336g) unsalted Challenge Butter, room temperature
  • 16 oz semi sweet chocolate, chopped, melted and slightly cooled
  • 5 tbsp (35g) dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • 6 cups (690g) powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
