Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and halved lengthwise*
  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons German-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups finely chopped ham

Instruction

  • Scoop egg yolks into a medium bowl and mash together with yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and thyme, then stir in ham.
  • Generously spoon into egg white halves, garnish with thyme and serve.
