Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 ounces bow tie pasta (prepared according to package instructions)
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup dill pickles (finely chopped)
- Salt
- black pepper
- paprika ( for topping)
Instruction
- In a large bowl, add the cooked pasta, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and pickles. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine.
- Peel your hard boiled eggs and cut in half and coarsely chop.
- Add the chopped eggs to the pasta salad and stir carefully until the salad is well mixed. You do not wish to stir so hard, you smash the eggs.
- Cover the bowl with clear wrap and place in refrigerator. Chill for at least one hour. When ready to serve, garish with paprika.
