Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 cups frozen cranberries
  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 medium cucumber (peeled and cubed (about 2 cups))
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (quartered)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon micro-grated fresh ginger
  • Optional Garnish: Dandelion flowers, diced cucumber, diced cranberries

Instruction

  • Add frozen cranberries to blender along with cubed watermelon, and chopped cucumber.
  • To blender, add lime juice, apple cider vinegar, and ginger grated using a micro-planer.
  • Blend until smooth and pour into bowls.
  • Garnish with dandelion flowers and diced cucumber and diced cranberries, if desired.
