Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 cups frozen cranberries
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 medium cucumber (peeled and cubed (about 2 cups))
- 2 Roma tomatoes (quartered)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon micro-grated fresh ginger
- Optional Garnish: Dandelion flowers, diced cucumber, diced cranberries
Instruction
- Add frozen cranberries to blender along with cubed watermelon, and chopped cucumber.
- To blender, add lime juice, apple cider vinegar, and ginger grated using a micro-planer.
- Blend until smooth and pour into bowls.
- Garnish with dandelion flowers and diced cucumber and diced cranberries, if desired.
